So, as I write this on Monday, March 3rd 2025, there’s not a lot scheduled that I can see. If anyone knows of any notable events coming up in the local vicinity this month, then please drop me an EMAIL, and I will add them to this list.
Sunday 9th March.
Alvechurch Sketching Date. Event by Howard Duck and Birmingham Urban Sketchers Group. Duration: 5 hrs.
Meet at Alvechurch Railway Station car park at 11:00 (cross-city trains arrive at 10:46).
Alvechurch has a canal with a marina, a church, a small village centre, pastoral charm and pubs!
There will be a halfway point to be confirmed, but the end meet is at 16:00 at the Weighbridge pub, which is a relatively short distance to return back to the station.
Sunday 23rd March.
Spring Pop-Up Shop. Event by Ginger Cat Crafts at Alvechurch Village Hall. Duration: 3 hrs.
